  • What Should I Bring to My Appointment?

  • Who can schedule a visit. do I need a membership?

    no membership requirement. We’ll bill your visit to your insurance. If you’d like to continue care with us long term, you may consider our membership program, which offers additional benefits and personalized support.

  • Which insurance plans do you accept?

    We accept most major insurance providers. Please contact our office to confirm whether your specific plan is covered. Note: Some marketplace (ACA/exchange) plans, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid plans may not be covered at this time.

  • What does your membership fee cover and is it covered by insurance?

    Membership fees are not covered by insurance, but many patients use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to pay. Membership provides:

    • Longer, more personalized appointments
    • Direct communication with your provider
    • Seamless integration with covered insurance services
    • Access to wellness programs and community resources

  • Do you provide pediatric (children’s) care?

    Yes! We welcome patients of all ages children included. We offer same-day sick visits as well as routine pediatric wellness checks in a caring, family-friendly environment.

  • What women’s health services are available?

    We offer a comprehensive range of women’s health services, including:

    • Well-woman exams
    • Contraceptive counseling
    • Osteoporosis screening
    • Evaluation of menstrual concerns
    • Menopause support

  • Do you offer telehealth or virtual visits?

    Absolutely! Virtual visits are available for established patients and are especially useful for follow-ups, minor illnesses, medication check-ins, or reviewing results. They’re secure, convenient, and just as attentive as in-person visits.
