Dr. Fares Hosseinzadeh is a dedicated board-certified family medicine physician passionate about building lifelong relationships with his patients and their families. Dr. Hosseinzadeh completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, evidence-based, community-focused care. Fluent in both English and Farsi, Dr. Hosseinzadeh takes pride in making patients from diverse backgrounds feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare journey.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hosseinzadeh enjoys an active lifestyle that includes sports, scuba diving, hiking, traveling, and building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. He’s also an avid animal lover and enjoys volunteering his medical expertise as a ringside physician for boxing events a unique way he combines his love of medicine and sports.
